Following Marketo's recent announcement in regards the enhanced features which allow "account behaviour" to be understood, it does beg the question, from a B2B perspective, why has it taken so long? 

It's been a well established fact for a long time now, that B2B decisions typically involve a range of stakeholders who consume information across multiple channels - yet all of the leading MA and CRM platforms typically aren't designed with that fact in mind. Hopefully this new launch will start seeing a much more intelligent method of nurture and analysis to ensure that all stakeholders are reached by brands.
