Welcome to The Kingpin Weekly Digest #10 and a very happy Thursday to you.

This week we look at audience and customer research – and ask, ‘How do you know if you’re asking the right questions?’

We also introduce some essential PPC strategy as well as providing a quick guide into the world of automated content recognition.

You will have filled in surveys and will have surveyed customers too.

We go beyond the obvious questions to get the real answers.
